O mês de maio comemora e celebra a história das comunidades "Asian American and Pacific Islanders" nos EUA. Os ETAs querem comemorar o mês e compartilhar a cultura e patrimônio dessas comunidades através da exibição do documentário "Linsanity" seguida por uma sessão de perguntas e respostas (Q&A).

O filme conta a história de Jeremy Lin que é o primeiro jogador de basquete de descendência Asiática no NBA (National Basketball Association). O documentário explora a discriminação e os desafios que ele enfrenta por causa de sua raça.

May is known as "Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month" (APIA Heritage Month) in the USA. It is a month that commemorates and celebrates the history and struggles of these communities. The ETAs would like to celebrate APIA Heritage Month and share with you all the culture and heritage of these communities through a presentation of the documentary "Linsanity" and a Q&A session afterwards.

The film follows the story of Jeremy Lin who is the first basketball player of Asian American descent in the NBA. The documentary explores the discrimination and the challenges that he faces on a daily basis because of his race.
